Take the time to write the journaling you meant to do. Start by writing a list of things that you are grateful for. Treat yourself to a beautiful journal and pen that feels just right so that you can create a healthy habit for gratitude journaling.
9. Catch up on your favorite tv shows
Light a few candles, grab a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate and catch up on the tv shows that make you laugh and warm your heart. Rarely do we have the time to watch what we want, so take this time to kick back and relax.
10. Do whatever you like, what about a new hobby
Christmas comes once a year, and during the holidays there are no rules. So it’s the perfect time to do whatever you want without struggling to fit into a schedule or please anyone else.
Dive into your guilty pleasures, have chocolates and wine, squirt whipped cream straight from the can into your mouth, take some fine wine and cheese, dance like nobody’s watching, binge watch your favorite series all day in your pajamas, go on a shopping spree and buy gifts for yourself, anything goes.
